Hi Mr. Kerwin Chen, I think we press integrated Power Button. It is the key middle of top on RCU. TV and STB should be turn off at the same time. In BT pairing mode, RCU send IR signal to TV and BT signal to STB. For this, STB should support iSet. The issue is that TV didn't turn off when user press Integrated Power button. But STB is turned off. Could you check when iSet is supported ? I think SPTek build their SW on 9/10. |

hi kerwin. this issue from Jira BFXBTF-43 will be closed soon. since it is works well with BA02 RCU. Howerver, we need to check with BT11 in latest FW whether if works well . Thanks |

hi we receive some issue again from QA. SEC TV Model : UN43NU7150FXKR Service version : 15.522.4-0000 NUGU Version : 3.4.17 WEB UI : 5.2.2.014 Issue : when push power key(tv/stb), sometimes didn't TV turn off. and see see " no signal" when trial 10 times, It is failed 5 times. |

What kind of RCU does QA use ? I don't see any RCU related information in attached log. |

Hi Jason, If QA use BA01, then you need to check this issue with RCU or UEI. For BA01 series, TV should be turned off by QuickSet. QuickSet is not provided by Foxconn. |

hi kerwin we received some issue regarding to Universal power. QA reported don't work Universal power key sometimes. F/W : 15.522.24 (2020.11.05) WEB UI : 5.2.2.068 Test environment . system setting > HDMI_CEC > Enable / disable ( both is same) . TV model : UN43NU7150FXKR [Test method] . when push Universal key ( TV/SEC), TV and STB have to turn off. [ Trial] : case BA01. 7/10 times. I update it later see a log logcat_AT100_BA01.txt. case BA02. When push universal power key, only work for STB.. Don't turn off TV. --> logcat_AT100_201105_BA02.log |

Hi Jason, I don't find BA02 RCU information in attached log file(logcat_AT100_201105_BA02.log) Form message below, I think STB is not paired with RCU. The 'Universal power' reply on iSet to send EDID to RCU. HI kerwin If STB is not paired with RCU, iSet can't send EDID to RCU to get TV IR key codes. --> for this testing, it need to pair with RCU. It can't work properly in IR mode ? Thanks. |

HI Kerwin SKB QA also reported it again with new log. They did paired with RCU. They tested two case ( CEC enable /disable). I think it isn't related to HDMI_CEC. Hi Jason, Could you update which one is failed in QA's result ? We can't understand the result. BTW, Foxconn develop iSet for BA02 RCU. iSet is used to send EDID/Screen status to RCU. The TV IR key codes are sent by RCU, not STB. From the log, we don't see any issue in iSet. Please check attached picture for iSet in logcat_201112_BA02_pairing_useCEC.log. P.S. There is only few messages in "logcat_201112_BA02_paring_noCEC.log". We can't check if there is anything wrong. |

hi kerwin regarding to iset.. you need to check it with logcat_201112_BA02_paring_noCEC.log SKB qa member tried to do 10 times. if it work it, it do working on/off for TV/STB as switching. according to below result, sometimes dIdn't work for TV or STB. That is what is reported from SKB QA. 1. Hi Jason, 1. In no CEC test cases, there is only 2 "iSet" messages in "logcat_201112_BA02_paring_noCEC.log". This is why I replied I can't check. hi kerwin. you can't find some reason in logcat_201112_BA02_paring_noCEC.log ? so how can give a log ? please let me know a method for your debugging. I will teach it to them. 1times (OFF/OFF) (ON/ON) => OK : it is an expected result.
